Higher Project Qualifications Success

Three students from Year 10 have achieved fantastic results for the Higher Project Qualification, which is a GCSE equivalent course. These students all opted to take the course at the end of Year 9 and have worked exceptionally hard to complete the research project, production logs and a presentation about the project, all in their own time. The projects were supported by Mrs Walker and were on a wide range of interesting projects chosen by the students such as Animal Rights and a debate about the American President.

The students who undertook this project all showed a great deal of determination and independence to complete the work which is marked at GCSE level, and their efforts really paid off as they achieved 2 As and and 1 B. We are exceptionally proud of their achievements and we expect to see this reflected in the work that these students continue to do as they move into year 11 next year.
