Year 7 Girls Netball
The year 7 Netball girls have played another two matches.
They played Bishop Luffa and beat them 3-5. They played Felpham Community College and beat them 7-0.
The girls played well as a team and are getting stronger each time. As a result of their success they are representing the area in the school games on Thursday 31st March. Well done girls.
Under 15’s Rugby
Wednesday 16th March we were able to enter a combined team with Felpham into the Sussex U15 Rugby Tournament. We took 7 TRS girls and 3 FCC girls to Pulborough for a very wet day of games. The girls played Chi High in their first game and won it 17-5. The girls then played Cardinal Newman who were a strong side and although both teams scored 2 try’s we were unable to convert ours so we lost 10-12. Our final game of the day was against Durrington which we won 15-10. The girls had a splendid day and a big shout out to two players in particular Honey for organising the team and Lauren who was voted players player of the tournament. Well done ladies it was a pleasure to see you all play. We host a smaller tournament on Thursday 7th April at TRS.
