At our school, we believe that looking after mental health is just as important as looking after physical health. We encourage children and families to build positive habits that support emotional wellbeing, such as talking openly about feelings, staying active, getting enough rest, and spending time doing things they enjoy.
We help children develop skills like resilience, confidence, and problem-solving so they can manage everyday challenges and feel good about themselves. Simple routines at home—like regular mealtimes, good sleep habits, and time to relax—can make a big difference too.
Families play an important role in supporting children’s wellbeing. Listening, reassuring, and keeping communication open helps children feel safe and understood. If things feel difficult, it’s always okay to ask for help—our school is here to support you and can help you find the right guidance when needed.
