Wellbeing support
Experiencing loss or navigating difficulties with emotional wellbeing can be challenging for young people, their families, and those who support them. It is important to know that help is available, whether you are seeking information, reassurance, or someone to talk to. The following resources bring together trusted support services, guidance on coping with bereavement, and places to find advice about mental health and staying safe online.
Each organisation outlined below offers a different type of help, from specialist bereavement charities to 24‑hour listening lines so that individuals can access the support that feels right for them. This information is designed to provide a starting point for anyone looking to better understand grief, find wellbeing support, or explore tools for staying safe in the digital world.
Reaching out for support is an important step, and you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. If you have any worries or feel you need to talk further, please also contact your child’s Tutor, Head of Year or Director of Year, who will be able to offer guidance and support.
