Recycling Improvements at Regis - Congratulations!

Following the great work by the Green Team and the Asdan Year 9 group, we can proudly say that we have started our journey of changing 18 waste bins heading for landfill into 18 recycling bins .
Within the last two weeks there has been a significant reduction in our general waste and an increase of our recycling output. We now believe all areas are covered by having a recycling bin available, the cleaning staff are fully on board and now it’s up to us to keep our recycling going so it become normality in all of our school.
At this time we do not have exact figures however hopefully by the Summer Term we should have some hard data to prove we are being effective.
One note from our site managers, could we break down and flatten boxes, otherwise we are paying to recycle air.
