Year 7 Football Team Quarter Final Success!

On Monday 20th of Jan 2020, the Year 7 boys travelled to Tanbridge House School (Horsham), for their quarter final match of the County Cup. The boys played incredibly well, overcoming a tough Tanbridge team 5-1 to proceed into the semi-finals of the competition. The man of the match, Lennie Smith, scored a very composed hat-trick, supported by goals from Isaac Glanfield and Taylor Bickle.
The boys will have a tough fixture away to either Ardingly College Prep school (Haywards Heath) or Downlands School (Hassocks) dependant on the result of their game which is being played this week.
A huge congratulations to the whole team on their efforts to this point of the season, with a huge commitment to training and continually striving for excellence.
Fingers crossed the boys are successful in the next two games to be crowned the champions of Sussex!
