Paralympic Sports Day

Last Thursday (4th November) all Year 7 and 8 students were invited to take part in Paralympic Sports Day!
The event consisted of each tutor group competing to move into the final group stages and take first place.
The events included were Boccia, Blind Football, Athletics, Goalball, Zone Hockey and Sitting Volleyball.
In the morning we had 297 Year 7’s taking part followed by 275 Year 8’s! WOW!
The PE department would like to congratulate all students who took part that day and a big mention goes to 7L and 8I who won Paralympic Sports Day 2019 for their year group!
We look forward to next year and to see if 7L can retain their title! Well done all.
